Tranmere Park

I have run an after school art and craft club for children at Tranmere Park Primary School, Guiseley, Leeds, since 2007. This is a weekly club and is aimed primarily at Key Stage 2 children who attend for an hour once a week. The pictures on this page represent some of the wonderful creations that the children have made. (Double click on the image for a bigger view.) The children have used plasticine to create a picture within a CD case; lollipop sticks to make doorhangers; and autumn leaves for collage as well as clay, painting, paper moulding and much more.

I have run art and craft sessions for a group of disabled people at Cottingley Cornerstone for the past few months. The wheelchair users and their carers have made some beautiful works, some of which are pictured right.

Arty Parties

I now run art parties for children. I will come to your home and set up a one to two-hour craft making session offering a range of activities. Youngsters love to make polymer clay beads; felt baubles; plasticine pictures; and much more. Only £35 an hour, including materials. Contact me via the form on the home page!

Workshops for all abilities

I offer a huge range of workshop techniques: Weaving: Gods Eyes; simple loom techniques, weaving with paper and other non-wool materials. Bits and Bobs: Decorating picture frames/mirrors with beads, letters, mosaic tiles, toy cars - you name it! Also decorating books. Felt making: Learn to make felt balls and felt pictures. Beaded jewellery using wire and small beads to make bracelets and brooches. Silk painting Collage/frottage Print making Card making Mosaics
